Lovely cottage in a pretty and relaxing garden. We had all we needed there, with appliances easy to use.
Although on a fairly busy road, we heard no road noise once in the house.
Well situated for various walks, bus services, and the George III inn. Easy to reach across a field, but steep and sheep in there, so sensible shoes. Or walk along the road. Beautiful location.
Nothing major. Some things could do with replacing.

The location was perfect and the property had a lovely cottage feel and a very pleasant garden. Easy public transport links into Dolgellau when we left the car behind. Kitchen well equipped and we ate in most days. George 111 pub literally across the road and Mawddach trail easily accessible. Approximately an hour’s drive for anyone wishing to do Snowdon, Cadir Idris and Barmouth easy to access.
The waste collection was a bit confusing as there was no food waste bin to use and only one recycling tray when other properties nearby used 3.
