The location is convenient, with easy access to the city center, making it ideal for sightseeing. The view from the rooftop is excellent and was one of the highlights of the stay. The room is compact yet well-equipped, which may suit longer stays. There is also a power outlet by the bedside, convenient for charging devices, and the Wi-Fi connection is stable and reliable.

The room is not as bright as shown in the photos and feels rather dim overall. Improved lighting would be beneficial. The shower head was damaged, causing a significant amount of water to leak from the joint. There is no air conditioning, only a fan, which made it feel quite warm at night. The main gate lock is somewhat tricky and takes time to get used to. It is essential to inform the host of your arrival time in advance. There are no on-site staff, and you need to meet them at the main gate at the scheduled time. In my case, I did not read the host’s message carefully before arrival and ended up waiting about 20 minutes in front of the gate under strong sunlight.
