Quiet, friendly owners, cute pets and animals, decor on point, and the best part, it’s out of Coffs. Super close to Sawtell.

This is a beautiful property in a stunning location. It couldn’t be more charming! It has all the appliances you need cleverly incorporated into antique/refurbished furniture. The property is clean and comfy and we adored it! The owners are super helpful and we couldn’t have asked for more.

Few cobwebs, lounge pillows kept falling thru the big gaps at back and side. Not sure if roof was insulated or whether it was just the hardness of rain but it was loud and hard to hear TV. Curtains for sliding doors and kitchen window are needed
