The self check-in process was very easy and took little time. The key code is sent to email and the box is at the door. I was provided a wonderful link to instructions for any questions that arise. Perfect!
This is two part. Negative-A van was parked in our parking spot when we arrived and huge piles of garbage all over the ground next to it. Positive-Contacted owners who quickly responded and resolved the parking. They apologized for the trash was illegally dumped and they were coming to take care of it.

I liked the location and there was a terrace and i well equipped kitchen and house. Two big supermarkets close to the apartment, and easy to go Bern.
I did not like the bed mattress and there could be provided flat bed sheets instead of the duvet type of linen for the summer time.
