Very clean, towels provided, comfy bed with curtains and plug (regular USB connection), kitchen available, co-working space, friendly helpful staff, lockers, nice rooftop, and profits contribute to funding free education. Would repeat 100%
The location is a bit uphill, which is the only reason why I don't give it a 10/10, but Dilijan isn't that big so you can walk anywhere from there and there's supermarkets and shops nearby.
A couple extra hooks in the shower to hang your clothes in addition to the towel would be an improvement.

Desk provided for inside bed, which is incredible
Free laundry
Tea and coffee
Towels provided
Fantastic location
Library inside the building!
Really clean bathrooms
Good common spaces including the roof top terrace
Kitchen too busy in the evenings. Too many people for small kitchen.
No plug in bed, only one usb port
Beds slightly uncomfortable, mattress too hard
Toilets on every floor often dirty
Would host school events and the ground floor would get really busy, so you couldn’t relax there.

Exceptional value! The rooms were not overcrowded, they were clean and the area very quiet at night. The bathrooms were usually well-maintained though with a few exceptions. The rooftop terrace is awesome and the kitchen is well equipped though the stove is somewhat complicated due to some issues with the knobs. There is a library on site with books in English!!! Has an elevator.
I stayed 12 days and asked once to have my sheets changed but it was never done. I think there was some confusion when I asked the housekeeper after previously asking at the front desk.

The room was clean. The location was great staff, helpful, and friendly.
Our room was nice and clean. However, it was quite cold and noisy. Throughout the night, we could hear what sounded like the air conditioner and water running through the walls. The soundproofing was also poor, as we could clearly hear almost everything happening outside the room.
