I participated a Frenck course in a nearby language school with a 10 min walking distance, so the location was ideal for me.
It is a high quality apartment for two person, with air conditioning, good kitchen and modern bathroom. No outside voices during the night. Supermarket on the other side of the street and several restaurants nearby. Tram connection from the airport (with one tram change). Walking distance to the old town. Auto-check-in was easy with exact instructions and fotos.
I enjoyed a lot my stay there! A warmly recomendable apartment!

Location is great! Near to tram stop!
Upstairs was noisy, air conditioning will have noise when open to a certain degree, got electric shock when I am having a bath.
