Great amenities in the apartment

Communication with the host

I liked the security. Both personnel and keycard access to elevators.

Electrical was poorly wired, for example there are a million light switches but you cannot turn off or turn on the lights you want, you will wake your wife up or vice versa anytime you need to use the cr in the dark. Reading lights falling off, shower head falling off, much smaller than anticipated. And for some reason the spare set of sheets was for a twin, and the room has a queen bed. Spare pillows would have been nice. In the lobby there was never airconditioning, broken or refused to use I'm not sure but never on. Food is a bit bland at the clouds and your really are in the clouds if it starts raining. I didn't want anything to do with the Indian place. However, staff was fantastic at the clouds, very accommodating.
