Very clean and as described. Good location for shops and castle. Good heating when needed.
Second floor and no lift, so carrying luggage up not easy for us over 70s!
Fixed shower which was difficult to control and flooded window sill.

It was clean spacious and comfortable
The location was excellent and parking was good.
I had no complaints other than the microwave wasn’t working and was only replaced the evening before I left

Location was great, apartment was really clean - with one exception (see below).
Beds were not comfortable and that would stop us staying again. Old mattresses with springs that dug into you making sleep quite difficult.
The shower was a step over both job - the bath mat to stop you skidding in the bath was really dirty which was a shame as everything else was so clean. Surely for the sake of a few £'s this bath mat should have been replaced.
