Ottimo soggiorno!
Alloggio molto pulito e ben tenuto, ideale per la vacanza. Host sempre disponibile. Check in molto intuitivo.
Per me la dicitura “bagno privato” significa non dover passare attraverso uno spazio pubblico, cosa che invece accade.

Not what I thought I was going to get. . .
I liked the neighborhood and the close proximity to a beautiful park as well as shops and restaurants.
The bedroom had no AC which I found to be ridiculous since it is a new building. The rooms are also not insulated very well for sound. I could hear footsteps on the stairs and the person staying directly above my room was quite loud as I heard them walking back and forth for well over an hour late in to the night. Someone also left the front door open in the middle of the night, which I discovered very early in the morning when walking my dogs. I don't understand why all the bathrooms are separated from the bedrooms. The bathroom was VERY warm compared to the bedroom and there's no window that can be opened to allow for ventilation. Only one of the 3 bedroom windows had a window screen. This made venting the room annoying because it was extremely warm and humid in the room and opening all the windows to create a cross breeze was necessary but with no screens on 2 windows it made it easy for insects to fly in. The bedroom had no chair to sit in or a desk which relegates the guest to lay down on or sit on the bed. Also, the bed frame was very low to the ground which made sitting on the bed really uncomfortable and awkward. A hotel luggage rack would have been nice to have to put my suitcase on instead of it being on the floor. The TV remote was a disaster because it had way, way, WAY too many multi-function buttons, most of which didn't work and those that did were pointless.

Misleading listing—this is a shared house, not the private apartment we believed we had booked.
Honestly, nothing. We only stayed because our flight landed in the middle of the night and we had nowhere else to go. We checked out the next day.
THIS IS A SHARED HOUSE. THEY DO NOT MENTION THAT. The listing makes it appear you’re booking a private apartment, but you’re actually renting one bedroom in a house with other guests sleeping in the rooms next to you. While they mention the kitchen is shared if you dig through the property information, they never clearly state that there are three bedrooms together on the same floor, with strangers staying in the others. Only one bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. The other two have bathrooms outside the rooms that require a code, and ours didn’t even work properly half the time. The house also had an unpleasant smell, the walls are paper thin, and you can hear everything the other guests do day and night. This listing is extremely misleading and should clearly state that it is a shared house, not a private apartment.

You get what you pay for.
Pros:
LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!! This was super close to some cute local pubs/restaurants and 15-20 minutes driving from most of the local attractions. Very close to Walgreens for those essentials you may have forgotten. Very clean room and bathroom, very modern and cute. Comfy bed and pillows!! Mini fridge in the room and a big fridge in the kitchen for larger items. Shared FREE Laundry and they had pods too!!
Cons:
Parking is rough. First night we arrived pretty late due to delayed flights and had to park 6 blocks away. In the immediate area a lot of the parking is 2hr parking, so watch those signs it starts at 7am every day but Sunday or Holidays.
Multiple codes needed. 1 for the main entrance, 1 for the room, 1 for the bathroom (however, it was still private/not shared with anyone). So keep your phone handy until you remember them all! The bathroom code worked on the first night and then did not work the next morning, 5hrs later. The property manager was very quick to try to educate me on how to use electronic locks and alas the code was still not working. It took me over 40 minutes and sending them a video for them to give me the maintenance code to use the bathroom. The bathroom door could not be relocked from the outside. It kept failing, so we left it open and just took our personal items back into the room with us.
The walls/floors are paper thin… we had a circus troop above us that was doing the most at all hours of the night and then we had a snorer in the room next to us.
Shared kitchen seems great to maximize the overall room space.. but we had the room right up the stairs from it and people were in the kitchen having a grand ol time from 2am-6am. Had to leave the tv on to drown out the noises.
The TV.. every time you’d click something it would skip two. So half the apps were rendered useless and the ones you could use you couldn’t choose a show half the time because it skipped it. The search option had the same result.. skipped two letters and couldn’t type out what we were searching for.
Lastly; Could’ve used another blanket.. it was rainy and cold.. the sheets were thin. At least there could’ve been a spare in the closet..

It has everything you needed.
My code did not work for the bathroom and since I had no USA SIM when I got there I could not even gain access to the WiFi code which was online. There was no email address for me to contact the owners and the phone number given wasn’t on WhatsApp, so I went without bathroom and toilet facilities for more than 24hrs.
