Great location for events and close to food and shops
Decent set of stairs to get into the room, wouldn’t be suitable for the elderly

Private bathroom with a great shower, close to the Ermington shops and super market for meals, convenient parking right by the door on a quiet street,
My personal internet was terrible and un-useable, No desk/work space, No black out curtains/blinds, fridge noise was noticeable, Closing the windows to keep the Victoria Road noise out.

The bed was incredibly comfortable
There was only half a roll of toilet paper, no milk for coffee and the pillows were horrible need replacing.
The towels were paper thin n in need of an up grade.
Parking not very good we had to navigate around other cars to get to our front door
