The height and location.
We had to wait to pick up the key as the kiosk was unattended for some time. Then when we arrived at the apartment it hadn't been cleaned at all from the last stay. So instead of relaxing and starting our stay we had to leave for a couple of hours. We asked the host to provide a concession given we couldn't check-in until around 5pm but this was not forthcoming.
