Questa casa vacanza si trova in un punto strategico per apprezzare al meglio Wilmington. Bowstring Pizza and Brewyard - Wilmington è veramente a due passi e se poi hai ancora voglia di camminare Passeggiata lungo il fiume è a soli 15 minuti.

Rooms were extremely clean, the kitchen was stocked well. He even supplies a water cooler. The refrigerator has water and ice also. The parking is limited but this isn’t the owners fault. The location is great and easy to get around. I only have one suggestion and that is to store extra toilet paper and paper towels in a cabinet somewhere. We were on our last day and didn’t want to bother him with getting more. There was only one thing that was weird and that was the meditation like music we could hear coming from the owners suite yet he wasn’t there. All in all was a great place.

We loved our stay in Wilmington! The house was the perfect location ... walking distance to the historic district/riverfront and all of the shops and restaurants. The place was very clean and well-appointed. Communication was clear and responsive. Would definitely stay here again!BTW: The owner did spend one night in his studio which is attached to the house, but we literally did not hear a peep. My friend who was staying in the bedroom closest to the studio did not even realize he was there.

Disappointed. It wasn’t the entire house as owner has attached studio. Fenced in yard not really a yard more a dirt patio, not well kept. Place was clean but base line rental quality. For the price, excepted more. There wasn’t even coffee.
