This property was just beautiful! The highlights were the jacuzzi and theater room! The openness of the living, dining and kitchen area are a huge plus and the views from the balconies are gorgeous. Kitchen is well stocked with any utensils or pots/pans you would need. The pool alarm system and TV remote with lack of volume control in living room were the only concerns. Pool is nice if you have kids, not so much for adults..that's just my opinion and definitely does not effect the 5 stars as there are many other activities in the house. Definitely falls in our top 5 of any rentals we have done over the years. Thank you for an amazing stay!!!

We would like to give the house a 10 rating but there are few issues that prevent us from doing so. Red door did a good job getting the clothes dryer repaired in a timely manner, we really appreciate their quick response to the problem. There are a few things that need to be looked at and repaired to make the house a 10 rating.•The dishwasher did not dispense the soap every time and the dishes always required hand drying before putting them away.•The master bedroom (bedroom above the pool) cieling fan needs to be looked at. The fan makes a rhythmic noise. This made sleeping difficult at times.•The en-suite with the white shower had a lot of hair from the last guests.•The master bathroom is very dark, putting makeup on was very trying. Brighter light bulbs would help (4000k or 5000k color bulbs). We did enjoy the pool, game room and porches. It was great to sit on the porch in the morning and hear nature. We would consider coming back to Rainbow Ridge in the future.

This house was beautiful and had all the amenities we could have asked for! Our kids loved the pool and the theater room. We had a couple things we had to have checked out/fixed but once those were addressed, it was smooth sailing. The reps at Red door were very attentive and quick to respond whenever we needed anything. Would recommend this house to anyone.

Loved our stay but can be cleared better. We are all people who take our shoes off when inside and our feet/socks were all black everyday. Needless to say the floors may be lightly swept and that’s it. Pulled the living room couch out just a little to reach a plug and found food and used qtips behind couch. One of the rooms had Oreos and wrappers still in the nightstand. There is also construction going on at 2 cabins being built next door which is out of anyone’s hands but had to maneuver around all of their cars. Also the front could use some weed control by entrance as some are growing rather large. This cabin was still gorgeous and the management was a breeze to speak with when we had a few maintenance issues. We would definitely come back just prefer it to be cleaner for the fees involved.
