The Space:
Two-bedroom, two-bathroom, ground floor apartment located on the Sandbanks peninsular just a short stroll to beautiful blue flag sandy beaches. The apartment benefits from a patio area which is open directly onto the communal garden areas.
Spacious open plan living / dining and kitchen areas. Wall mounted large flatscreen TV with freeview facility, DAB radio and Echo Dot music systems. WIFI services. Sliding doors to patio area with garden furniture which opens directly onto the Marina Court communal gardens with some sea glimpses. Fitted kitchen with granite surface breakfast bar area, feature 6 burner gas hob, fan-assisted double oven, American style double width fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave and washer / dryer. Comprehensively equipped. Master bedroom (5ft kingsize double) with ensuite shower room (mains double shower, sink and toilet). Second bedroom (2x 3ft single beds). Family bathroom (bath with mains shower shower over, sink and toilet).
Parking - 1 allocated parking space.
Services - Duvets and linen provided including bath and beach towels. Gas central heating. Hairdryers.
Technology - WIFI. Flat screen large TV with Freeview. DAB radio and Echo Dot music systems.
Kitchen - Dishwasher, feature 6 burner hob and double oven, American double width fridge / freezer, microwave, washer / dryer machine.
Restrictions - No smoking. Pets - one dog permitted.
Same day bookings can be accepted if received before to 6pm (4pm on Sundays) when our office closes. Arrivals out of office hours can be organised if requests are received before 6pm (4pm on Sundays).

The famous chain ferry across the mouth of Poole Harbour links Sandbanks to the beautiful Purbecks with dune-backed beaches, and huge areas of National Trust-owned countryside. The delights of Swanage and its restored steam railway are a short distance beyond, as are the dramatic cliffs of the Jurassic Coast, a UNESCO World Heritage site. Restaurants in both Sandbanks and Canford Cliffs, including Rick Stein and Loch Fyne offer top-class cuisine, whilst for more frenetic nightlife, Bournemouth and Poole town centres are both a short drive away.

Property had all you would expect and was spacious and comfortable. Only quibble was mould at tap end of bath, so just a little action with a spray would rectify that.
Would definitely stay in this apartment again.
I have very high standards in what I expect in a top quality home from home and the apartment meets them. Well done

Really spacious well located property. High standard of cleanliness and managing company very helpful and easy to book / communicate with. Would definitely use this company again and revisit the property.
