The host privided easy instructions for entry, the unit felt very safe and cozy, 10/10 would love to stay here again!

Good. Floor was not super clean and pillows were not super comfortable (but that is just preference). But it does the job for a night’s stay at a great price

The studio was clean and comfortable. The host communicated very well. Since it is so close to I-45, the neighborhood is understandably lacking in charm, but it was a great place to stay for a couple nights.

Price is right if you don't mind having to carry BASIC extra items in your luggage like trash bags, toilet paper, soap, wash cloths, etc. Host didn't communicate check-out instructions with me, nor are they listed under the check-in/check-out details. Neighborhood is pretty rough, so be mindful if you're spending a weekend here. It is loud, you can hear the cars zoom by, and the loud music from neighbors will make it hard to sleep.
Nonetheless, it was a cheap stay.
