The beach right behind you.

The A/C was great and always cold in the room, having a full kitchen was really nice and the shower is huge!

The stay was a 4/5. There were a couple bugs found in the kitchen after a couple of days of stay. The amenities were well-shower was nice but pressure and hot water are not the best. The staff on property is very accommodating and helpful, quick to respond which was appreciated. Location is far walking distance from shops and dining unless you rent a car and taxis aren't cheap. However if you are wanting a quiet stay this is the place. Beach is literally outside back door and there is plenty of peace and serenity to gain here. This is not ideal for families, but couples and single travelers. I would not recommend for high maintenance travelers.

Also called the Great Exuma Rentals is in a great location right on the Queens Hwy right on the beach with back patio access. Also comes with a full kitchen. It's convenient, beautiful, and close to Cocoplum Beach and Exuma Point beach. Great accommodation by Avie.
