This was a great rental! It is exactly what the pictures show. Everything was nice, clean, and comfortable. It was also very quiet. The location was perfect for us and it was nice to have a designated parking spot. Communication was also great and any questions I had were answered immediately.

This condo was great for a short stay in Traverse City. Its close proximity to shopping, restaurants and the bike trails is a definite plus. Our party was 2 couples and the it worked perfectly with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The condo is bright and cheerful and very well equipped.

Pros: Great location for participating in the Bayshore race on Memorial Day weekend. There were some issues but the host responded quickly. The checkout process was the easiest I’ve ever had in a vacation rental. Right on the bus line if you want to get to downtown. Has an elevator. Someone parked in the one parking spot for the condo but we were able to utilize another spot until they moved. The hot tubs were two person tubs and they were dirty and a couple were broken so we couldn’t sit by our friends. Not the fault of the host and they contacted the building manger for us so hopefully they will get cleaned and fixed soon. Overall it was a clean and comfortable place for 4 adults and 2 kids.

Host did not provide access code to building. Hot tubs were falsely advertised (2 person in reality, 4 person pictures online). 3 of 5 guests got rashes from hot tubs. Lock on door malfunctioned several times. Otherwise the unit itself was great! Definitely not walkable to downtown though. 2 miles away. Another misleading in advertising…
