Great location. Self contained cabin had most of what we needed. Staff were responsive when something broke in the cabin.
Many of the items of crockery, cutlery and glassware were visibly dirty on arrival, and the kitchen had not been thoroughly swept/vacuumed (food scraps present under the dining table). Kitchen also had an ant problem, and while we aknowledge that baits had been laid, they appeared to be ineffective. The cabin was advertised on booking.com as a 'deluxe villa' however the cabin we were provided is on the park website as 'economy', which was disappointing given the price we paid. During the stay, a tap in the shower broke, but while staff moved swiftly to fix this, we needed to used the shared amenities block for 24 hours which was less than ideal given our young family.
