The cleanliness, materials, colours and ambience were like a high-end apartment whereas I was expecting just a functional space to shower and sleep, so that was a very pleasant surprise.
Jenna responded promptly and succinctly to a query that I had and resolved the matter without delay.
All of the facilities were excellent! I loved the shower, often a bugbear for me. The water pressure was great, the temperature was easy to adjust, and the shower head was high enough for me to stand up straight underneath it.
It’s very much a first world problem so I won’t complain too much, but the stool was a bit too high for the bench so I couldn’t fit my thighs under the bench while sitting on it and had to sit further away from the counter than I would have preferred while I was eating my lunch.
