Atour Hotel Beijing Capital Airport New International Exhibition Center

I’ve had such an amazing stay here and honestly couldn’t be happier with my experience. The staff have been incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. Even with the language barrier, I never felt like it was an issue because everyone was so patient, kind and willing to help whenever we needed it. One experience that really stood out to me was when I was having trouble extending my booking. It was quite late at night, but I went down to the lobby to see if there was anything that could be done. That’s when I met Baiyun, who was absolutely wonderful. She was so kind, patient and genuinely went out of her way to help me understand my options. She took the time to look into the situation, find answers to my questions and ultimately helped me find a solution to my problem. I really appreciated how caring and professional she was, especially so late at night. Her kindness made what could have been a stressful situation feel so much easier. She is a great representation of the wonderful service the hotel provides. Overall, I’ve had such a lovely experience and would definitely recommend staying here. The friendly staff and the level of care they show their guests really make a difference. Thank you to everyone for making our stay so comfortable and enjoyable!

One small thing that could be improved would be having a few more vegetarian food options. There were vegetarian choices available, which I really appreciated, but having a wider variety would have been nice. It would also be helpful if the dishes were clearly labelled with their names or ingredients, as sometimes it was difficult to know exactly what each dish was.
