Very neat and quite hotel…with highly professional team at the reception.
Some constructions around the hotel with bring unpleasant noise at late time.

Breakfast was wonderful, many dishes, many fruits, national dishes, good staff and clean.
In the room temperature was 15 degree, it was very cold, air condition switch on it selfs and maximum temperature on air condition was 21. Check it when arrive.

Room is a good size and relatively clean.
Communication with staff could have been better. Requested an electronic receipt which I still have not received. Asked to cancel a dinner which staff confirmed was not a problem and subsequently charged. Advised by staff to request a refund but the method advised by staff does not appear available.
The hotel is surrounded by a construction site. Not the most accessible and noisy.
Very disappointing experience.
