Opposite the park, plenty of street parking, dog friendly, patio garden, great communication from host.

Unfortunately we had to leave early but this was nothing to do with the property or hosts. But it meant we didn’t have time to properly explore the area.

Very well presented property, 2 big bedrooms, a lovely lounge and just generally excellent throughout. A great host, very helpful and always available, if needed, great communications. There is also a lovely big park right outside the property, our dogs loved it and we had some really nice walks around it. It was the perfect location for us. We would definitely return and 100% recommend.

The property was lovely, clean & modern & just what we needed for our stay. It was opposite a park which was perfect for our young daughter. It was also only a 10 - 15 minute walk from the main centre & beach, which was great as we didn't have a car. The owner was really helpful & quick to respond to any questions I had.

There were some piles of wood in the front garden which was quite unsightly & not great for our inquisitive toddler. However, there was a lovely seating area in the back. We also could have done with a few more chairs. We only had two, so our daughter had to sit on our lap, which made mealtimes a little tricky. These are only small things. Otherwise, it was a lovely place to stay.

Pretty good quiet location and a great park right opposite which was being enjoyed by young and old in the good weather. Loved the decor in the two bedrooms. Very comfortable sofa, shower was good and kitchen well kitted out. Extremely comfortable beds with good quality bedding, great night lights for reading and sturdy bedside cabinets for setting a cup of tea on. Plenty of storage for clothes. Very helpful host who was easily contacted and who sorted out a parking permit for us.

The property was quite dark particularly the second bedroom. Although the decor was dark which was very nice it was difficult to see in the mirror to put makeup on. A few wee bits of unfinished diy ie tiling to side of boiler, fence starting to rot and completely bent over to side of shed. Unpainted back door edging, unfilled holes to the wall where the living room curtain pole is. Chest of drawers in main bedroom starting to fall apart, signs of tiredness to decor. Unpainted skirting board top, fan in bathroom very dusty. A few stains on living room carpet and cupboard under the sink was dirty. All minor issues though as we could see the entire place, in particular the decor was well thought out but perhaps the furniture wasn’t as sturdy as it should have been. Would have liked to see another lock or some sort of security to back door. All minor issues though so don’t let them put you off booking.
