The location was perfect, and the owner provided all the essentials you’d need during your stay.
The bathroom was cold, and the water was not hot either.

I stayed here while visiting Budapest for a work-related event, and the apartment was conveniently located close to the venue. It is also within a short walking distance of the subway station. I received all the information I needed before check-in, which made the arrival very easy. The shower worked great, the bed was comfortable, and thanks to the shutters, I could make the room completely dark at night.
It can get a bit noisy in the morning due to the traffic outside. Based on the photos, I was expecting the bathroom to be a bit better equipped, in terms of the amenities provided. It wasn't an issue, though.
