From when we arrived untill the day we checked out we had a fabulous stay. The apartment was spacious, clean, well equiped kitchen, comfortable beds and ideally situated. Friendly staff, always willing to help. Laundromat on the premises. Outside entertaiment area, table tennis and a sparkling pool and kiddies splash pool. Deck chairs and patio sets with umbrellas makes it very comfortable to relax around the pool. Only thing missing is a kiosk that offers refreshments.

The parking is a bit narrow when two SUV's park next to each other. The roof on the porch of Perna 1 Unit 2 does not provide enough protection when it rains. The water pools on the porch and you cannot braai when it rains because the braai is not covered.

Perfect location with the best views. Unit is well furnished with very modern finishes. Clean. Easy access being on the ground floor. Very spacious and much larger than other units at Perna Perna that we stayed in.

Master bedroom has a strong damp smell and root cause needs to be identified and fixed. Still a brilliant unit that I will definitely book again.

The view and location are excellent. Quiet. Very nice rooms, bathrooms and open plan lounge, kitchen and dining room . Everything very clean. Beautiful swimming pool. Safe. Good parking area.

Some of the window's can't close properly to get the monkeys out. The refrigerator doesn't have all the drawers and racks. Handsoap in bathroom doesn't work properly. No extractor in ensuit . Fan in first room works only on top speed. Casserole's bottom is gone. Only the lid in cupboard.

Location of the unit was great and the space inside the unit was great. It was clean and the Cleaning company was very good with responding to issues, the pool at the complex was clean

The unit is riddled with damp and mold, and musty. We didn't sleep in the main bedroom Due to the musty smell. Walls showed damp coming through the cupboards in main room moldy, the curtains had spots of mold the oven glove had mold spots even the plastic. Chopping board had mold and for this reason I have rated it under. For the price we paid per night this is unexceptable hygiene. I unfortunately couldn't change the booking as I had my elderly parents with me. We used the apartment to least spent all time outdoors and slept at night. Apparently the owner is aware of the issue but hasn't resolved it. I would not book this unit until they have cleared the mold and damp issue.
