I was afraid that the lock-code did not work but I had no problem at all and there was a key waiting for me inside. To get inside the appartement was well laid out and was provided a phone number just incase I had any problems. Place was clean and was provided with towels, hairdryer etc.

Maybe they could have mentioned if there was salt, pepper, sugar, tea and coffee provided inside the appartement. But I also could have communicated with the owners. I missed a place to hang your jackets and need some hangers to hang clothes.

Excellent location, just a two-minute walk from the tram stop, with direct connections to both Zurich city centre and the airport. The building was easy to find and the check-in instructions were very clear. I especially appreciated the electronic lock – very convenient, as there was no need to carry a key around. The apartment was spotlessly clean, comfortable and very well equipped for a short stay, including everything needed to prepare breakfast or a simple dinner. The bed was comfortable, the room could be completely darkened at night, and the Wi-Fi worked perfectly. The little terrace was probably my favourite feature. It was a lovely place to have breakfast or sit outside in the evening, and I have particularly fond memories of the mornings and evenings I spent there. It overlooks plenty of greenery and the garden of the neighbouring property, which creates a very pleasant and relaxing atmosphere. There is also a nice park nearby. Communication with the hosts was excellent – they were very friendly and helpful. Considering Zurich prices, I also thought the apartment offered very good value for money.

The only downside during my stay was the lack of air conditioning. I happened to visit Zurich during a heatwave, and the fan provided was unfortunately not enough to keep the room cool. Opening the window at night meant some noise from the nearby street and tram depot. HOWEVER, I want to stress that the hosts were completely transparent about this: they contacted me before my stay to warn me about the possible noise and even suggested considering alternative accommodation if quiet surroundings were particularly important to me. Earplugs were also provided. I really appreciated their honesty and thoughtfulness.

Good location. Tram very nearby to take you into centre As described Everything we needed

Most things were absolutely fine Only concern was we felt unable to use outside sitting area as a bit messy The awning could do with renewing

Sophia was very helpful and the kitchen amenities were good.

The bed was not very comfortable, the location is not too central but there were stones and restaurants within walking distance.
