What a beautiful and cozy place to stay in Istanbul . I just loved the flat . Clean, great facilities, modern little space . I felt I was at my own flat . I will stay there again for sure

Everything was perfect

The property was in great condition. It had AC, utensils, everything we needed, and the shower was great. The host was attentive, and the living room was nice. We booked our stay from 6/8/26 to 9/8/26.

I honestly loved the stay, but unfortunately, it was interrupted on our final night. We were told that the Ministry of Tourism needed to inspect the property and that we had to vacate the apartment. We were cooperative, as the host was very apologetic about the sudden change of plans. We agreed that the final night would be refunded, and we ended up staying at a hotel instead. Unfortunately, despite multiple follow-ups with the host and Booking.com customer service, I still haven't received the agreed refund. It's disappointing that what was otherwise a lovely stay ended with an unresolved refund issue. I've retained screenshots of all correspondence with the host and Booking.com, documenting the events and my attempts to resolve the refund issue.
