Location was excellent which made it easy to explore Porto and find many local restaurants near-by.
Isabel had a book that explained local markets, restaurants, sights to see which was very helpful and appreciated. Isabel clearly communicated the door codes and access to the apartment and answered our inquiries immediately.
The apartment was in a lovely historical building that was neat and clean with enough space for our family of 5 adults to spread out. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, glasses, cook wear and a Nespresso machine.
The bunk bedroom is quite small - our adult daughter was the one who used it and had to keep her suitcase in the hallway. The bench in the hall was helpful for that. The bunk room is best suited for 2 children and would not have accommodated 2 adults easily, as the top bunk had an enclosed non-removable side.
Informing travelers of the Nespresso machine and the pods it needs would be helpful to offer them an option to bring what they enjoy.

Very spacious and comfortable
I did not realise how many stairs one need to climb up to get to the actual rooms, both outside and inside the apartment - this is not the owners fault (it clearly says it is a penthouse) but travelling with a baby carrying a lot of stuff, inc a pushchair, it became a bit of a hassle

beautiful apartment in a great central location - close to everything. balconies on each side so could always find some sun to sit in. clean and comfortable. host is friendly and quick to respond to messages
nothing (apart from door on en-suite to twin bedroom doesn’t close)
