Everything was 5 star. Customer service, breakfast, restaurants, pool and everything the resort had to offer was unbelievable.
The choices for breakfast were so large I had no room for lunch 🤣🤣

Bambootel represents pure luxury in a warm bamboo environment. The private villa was a dream come true that we upgraded on arrival for one night and I would recommend everyone coming here to spend a bit more to have this amazing experience.
The communication regarding the pricing of the offered photo service was a bit unclear. Everything else was just perfect.

Everything was perfect!
From the minute you enter the gate you can feel the level of this resort! The attention to the detail was everywhere. Honestly I cannot say enough good things. The staff, the activities, the options , the food … everything was spot on. I wish I’ve booked more days !

We only wish we could have stayed longer! The hotel is located in a small village surrounded by nature, away from the crowds and mostly surrounded by local life. We absolutely loved the peace and quiet, the lush greenery, starting the day with a yoga session, the delicious breakfast, and the beautiful pool. The facilities are simply amazing, and the staff are incredibly kind and attentive.
We loved all the little details throughout the hotel, and honestly, there is not a single thing we didn’t like. Without a doubt, this was the best hotel stay of our lives!
Nothing.
