Very cute great location
There was no water (Leadville issue not the fault of the property) so we were grateful to have bottle waters ! There was a very loud neighbor that kept us up most of the night

Central location, easy check in/out
The rooms are cozy with nice touches: sound machine, drinks in the fridge, super clean
Parking is a tad tight; but we honestly can’t think of any issues

A thoughtful goody bag was left for guests. The room seemed clean and smelled clean. The location was awesome. Nice refrigerator in the room. The shower worked well and had plenty of hot water.
The room floor slanted. The toilet is too close to the wall and tub. The workmanship of the finishes was not professional.
