Ting is very communicative. It is very easy to get in and out of the room with the combination lock. I have stayed here several times and it is all the I need. Excellent location and comfortable beds. I prefer being on the edge of town!

The community kitchen was great. Very clean and easy to prepare a quick breakfast. There were bottles of water and cans of sparkling water in the fridge. A cute little welcome pack was provided with essentials like sun screen, lotion, chapstick, etc. That was an unexpected surprise. The room was clean and comfortable. Perfect for our stay in Leadville. Also enjoyed the added touch of chirping birds from the speaker upon our arrival.

Hosts make an obvious effort to make your stay good
Impersonal- no staff interaction at all. The facilities are pretty minimal and a bit worn. Odd decor. The memory foam mattress and pillows didn’t work for me. Room door is only 30 feet from the Main Street through town. Parking is compromised by the 15 4 wheelers from the neighboring business that share h the space.
