Location and updated interior

Dishwasher didn't work and wasn't bolted in to wall properly; remote was broken as were two bathroom switches, all to say no one is checking the home for details that cleaners would not check.

The location was good and in a quiet neighborhood, close to everything. The house was a good size, and the separate outside living space had a bedroom and bathroom, so it was perfect for my older daughter to have her privacy. It was nice that the dogs were allowed, and the yard was a good size for them.

I found out that the spa was an additional 35$ a day and couldn't find this anywhere in the ad, and after I paid for it, I turned it on, and it didn't work. They did refund the money back to me, but it was disappointing since this was a big part of why I picked this location. Upon arrival, the trash was overflowing with several bags of trash on the ground from the previous tenant. The house echoes quite a bit, so you can hear everything that happens when you are trying to sleep.
