The staff was absolutely accommodating & genuinely nice people !! Anytime I come to Upper Darby, I’ll definitely make this my #1 spot !! The hotel is absolutely beautiful, the rooms and the colors are high end !! Beautifully designed rooms !! I highly recommend

My Recommendation is to always Triple check and room before selling it to a guest. Beautiful rooms like this needs all NEW linen replacement NOT Re-used sheets, washcloths or towels. Housekeepers do need to make sure there is NO HAIR in the bathroom or linen NEVER EVER EVER !! Actually clean the toilets and showers + sinks. Not just make up the bed. Housekeepers definitely need better training on cleaning. The front desk staff IMMEDIATELY took care of it though !! Prompt and Quick !! He even watched to make sure the room was clean to standard !! Great Management team to the wonderful beautiful lady at the front . I think she is the owner. It’s a family business & they are doing GREAT !! I highly recommend this lovely hotel !!

Close and not in the ghetto.

Despite the so called renovation it’s still very old inside and things are broken and not intact. My room had no smoke detector with the wires hanging from the ceiling and the door knob was falling out the bathroom door. Waited 20 mins for someone to come to the lobby to check me in. And the whole hotel smells like cigarette smoke even though they claim to have a no smoke policy.
