Communication with the hosts was only possible by phone. None of my questions or requests for help sent through the Booking.com chat were answered. Some guests may prefer phone calls, but not everyone does. If the Booking.com chat is available, I believe hosts should use it. It provides an extra sense of security because you know you are communicating with a verified host. The Wi-Fi did not work. As mentioned above, my request for assistance through the Booking.com chat was ignored. The thermostat was stuck at 28.5°C, and there was no way to adjust it. The apartment was uncomfortably hot, and we did not sleep well. Again, my request for help through the Booking.com chat was ignored. The apartment itself is spacious and nice, but it offers only very basic amenities: a small amount of kitchenware, shower gel, and toilet paper. The apartment is quite minimalist. It is suitable for a one-night stay, but for a longer stay you may miss basic conveniences such as a hairdryer, an iron, or even a microwave, not to mention any additional amenities.

It’s quite and easy walk to train station and bus to town; we really appreciate the early checkin.

The WiFi not working at all, and no response when we contacted the host; the towel had hairs and it’s old and needs to be replaced .
