The house was nice (plenty of space) and we loved having the car charger. The location was great-right on the water. It was close to stores (groceries) and hikes. We also loved being able to do laundry-detergent was already there so we didn't have to go buy a box!
The auto blinds were nice but didn't work quite right (the upstairs bedroom went partially down and then stopped and wouldn't move again-hoping a battery issue but couldn't find the right one to replace it) and the door lock seemed to have been bent by previous renters.
