Les vignobles d'Alsace

Das Frühstück war fantastisch. Es gab ALLES!! Auf Wünsche wurde direkt eingegangen, wir wurden sehr verwöhnt. Alles war immer frisch und nett angerichtet. Die Gastgeber waren immer extrem bemüht, uns einen angenehmen Aufenthalt zu bieten. Die Lage des Apartments war sehr gut, in einer ruhigen Wohnstraße am Stadtrand von Wintzenheim mit direktem Anschluss an die Fahrradwege in alle Richtungen. Eine sichere Abstellmöglichkeit für unsere Fahrräder gab es auch. Die Ausstattung im Apartment war üppig, in der Küche fehlte nichts, das große französische Bett war sehr bequem, Dusche (sehr angenehme begehbare Dusche) und Toilette waren durch eine Tür getrennt, die Sitzecke im Wohnraum war gemütlich mit einem kleinen Sofa und zwei Sesseln, im Bücherregal fanden sich Informationsbroschüren über das Elsass, Stadtpläne, Bildbände usw.

The hosts at Les Vignobles were unbelievably gracious and accommodating. I made a late, same-day reservation and they both greeted me upon arrival. The room was so spacious, and the guest facilities were spotlessly clean. The morning breakfast offering was fresh, tasty, and prepared with a smile. I wish I had had more time to enjoy a full morning at the property and conversing with the hosts. The location was also perfect for visiting some of the smaller nearby towns and wineries. Will be back!

Excellent breakfast (you should definitely order), very nice hosts, perfect starting point for visiting the region by car or bike, calm surrounding and lots of parking space. Large single room with everything you need, bath and kitchen with cooking possibility. Not really a downside but something you should know: the appartment is located in a residential area in a small village and you need a bike or car to reach restaurants or tourist hot spots like Colmar.
