The staff were so attentive responsive and super helpful. They gave us recommendations in the area, answered any questions we had via WhatsApp when we were out and about, helped us get our transport to Civitavecchia. The best service we had our entire time in Italy.

The location is amazing. It is right around the corner from the Trevi fountain. The rooms were spacious with plenty of amenities. The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. Communication was excellent and quick. Free breakfast delivered to the room is quite nice. The air conditioning works very well - and that’s coming from spoiled Americans.
The reason I am rating this a 7 and not a 10 is the arrangements were not great for our family but would probably be excellent for a couple or single. Each apartment has multiple rooms with a shared living area and kitchen. While I dont think the listing is misleading, it is strange to see other people in the apartment. We were a family of 5 and split between 2 rooms. The room my 3 children were in did not have a bathroom so they had to use a shared bathroom in the hallway. The lock on the door did not work so they ended up knocking on our door and using the bathroom in our room every time.
