Cozy, and mostly clean. Some mildew in the shower, but other than that, its close to ski areas, and right in Tahoe City. Communication from owners is excellent. I would rent again.

Cute cottage, very clean and well kept. Sweet neighborhood, all the neighbors and their dogs were very nice. Perfect for 2-3 people. 3 blocks from the main drag so you can walk everywhere. Very dog friendly, there's a basket of toys for your fav pooch. We cook and the kitchen had everything we needed. It was a great stay. We'll be back.

Best part of cabin is its location within walking distance of main street shops and Commons Beach. Property management was responsive to needs.
The property could use some sprucing up. New front door mat, torn chair arm cover removed or replaced, new bath
mats, faded sheets and new battery for flash lightreplaced.areraggedup.
