It is located exactly in front of Villa del Balbianello, the most famous Villa in the whole Lake.
It has a big living room with a fully equipped kitchen that opens up to the lake view balcony where you can enjoy a great breakfast or a romantic dinner.
The main bedroom has a double beed.
On request we accept a newborn up to 3 years.

PASSPORT REGISTRATION:
We will request passports of everyone in your group on arrival for passport registration, this is for the local police and tourist stats for the Regione Lombardia.

TOURIST TAX
Please keep in mind that the municipality of Lezzeno charges a daily tourist tax of €1 per person (children below 13 yrs of age are exempt) for the first 7 days of your stay. This amount will be collected in CASH by at check in.

SERVICE CHARGE
The service charge of €80 and includes: linen, towels and final clean.
For stays longer over 10 days there is an extra cleaning of The apartment and a free change of sheets and towels in the middle of the stay ( absolutely free)
Baby cot ( free but only on advance request)

HEATING

Heating is not included in the price but charged for at €10 per day, please remember to turn it down when you aren't in.

LATE CHECK-IN
A late check-in ( AFTER. 9.30pm ) fee will apply €30 to be paid in cash.
CHECK-OUT is prior to 10.00am.
