I had a pleasant stay at Travelholic 90 Residence overall, although there were a few issues with cleanliness when I first arrived. However, I would like to highlight how helpful and professional the reception staff were. They were very responsive to my concerns and immediately provided everything I requested, including fresh towels, bedsheets, a duvet cover, pillow covers, and a few other missing items in the room. Everyone at the reception was friendly, cooperative, and genuinely helpful. The following morning, the room was thoroughly cleaned, and the difference was remarkable. After the cleaning, everything was very clean and comfortable, and I was much more satisfied with the room. So while I would recommend paying more attention to the cleanliness and preparation of rooms before guests arrive, I really appreciated how quickly and professionally the staff responded and resolved the issues. Thank you to the reception team for their excellent assistance.

Staff are really helpful and the location is special

The location in New Cairo is perfect. On a main streat very nearby the popular malls in New Cairo. The apartment building is clean and nice and the apartment flat itself is spacious, clean, modern and amazing for its price. Customer service is fantastic. I really don’t have anything bad to say about my stay here. Definitely will save this place for all my future trips to Cairo.

Nothing.
