Spacious room, warm, large complex, great communication with the host, enough of good mirrors, good for couple of nights

The mattress and headboard were too hard, water leaked out of the bathtub during showering, very low bed for my hight (172 cm), lack of kitchen stuff to prepare food (there is only one pot), lack of cleaning stuff like kitchen cloth

The apartment is large and spacious and has a great location, very close to the gondola and the city center.

The mattress was very firm and not comfortable for me personally. I asked the host for a mattress topper or extra padding, but unfortunately it was not provided. In the end, I had to take padding from a sofa bed in another room and use it in my bedroom. The pillows were also very thin. The hosts provide only one towel per guest and expect guests to wash and dry them themselves. During a ski vacation, towels get dirty more easily especially when traveling with children and one towel per person is often not enough. We ran out of clean towels, and when we asked for more, the host did not provide any.
