At the end they shifted my booking to another nearby hotel. Quality poor.

The positive aspect is that the staff's behavior was commendable.

I had an extremely unpleasant experience with the booking site this time. The hotel reservation, managed by Goroomgo Broker, required an advance payment despite the booking site stating "pay at the hotel." The hotel's location is inconvenient and challenging to locate. Unfortunately, there's no lift, posing difficulties for seniors. The cleanliness of the hotel room and toilet is very worst, with no cupboard or hangers in the AC room. The bedsheets are dirty, and when requesting a replacement, the staff claimed not to have any. Considering the condition, the hotel's pricing seems disproportionate, approximately 500/- per night. This has been a regrettable expense through the booking site and Goroomgo. I strongly advise against using Goroomgo for hotel bookings. I also intend to request a refund from the booking site.

The hotel is cockroach and termite friendly. They have a dark theme hence room and washroom have less light. And torn-up couches enhanced my experience. And yes I have less red color in my life, which was taken care by the bed sheets as they were full of red patches "highly likely blood"
