The apartment was very clean, spacious, and arranged over two floors. The bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower are located upstairs, while downstairs there is a comfortable living room and an additional toilet, which was very convenient. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you might need, including basic spices, an oven, stovetop, coffee machine, toaster, dishwasher, plenty of dishwasher capsules for our entire 11-day stay, as well as all the necessary dishes and cutlery. Everything was functional and very easy to use. All rooms were equipped with air conditioning, which I consider essential for a comfortable and restful stay. One of the highlights is the spacious terrace with a beautiful view over the town. The location is excellent — Mogan Mall, one of the nicest shopping centres in the area, is just a few minutes away and very easy to reach on foot. The beach is not within convenient walking distance, but the swimming pool in the residence is beautiful, very clean and perfectly maintained. It was never crowded or noisy during our stay. The entire residential complex is lovely, peaceful and very well kept, with quiet neighbours and clean surroundings. I would recommend having a car when staying here, as Gran Canaria has so many beautiful beaches and places to explore within a relatively short drive. Free parking was always available on the nearby street. The apartment also provided a set of beach chairs and a beach umbrella, which were very convenient to use during our beach visits. A special thanks to Marcin for his friendly, open and prompt communication throughout our stay, as well as for the lovely welcome bottle of wine — a very thoughtful touch. We have had a fantastic 10 night stay at this property. The villa is modern, clean and has everything you need including a dishwasher and a washing machine. It has a lovely terrace and the aircon is brilliant. The pool is great, 5 of us stayed here, two adults and three teenage boys and it was perfect. It’s a short walk down to the centre and taxi’s back up are only €4 (walkable if you are fit/inclined enough). We will 100% return.
