Appartement situé en centre ville. Vu agréable, petite terrasse pratique. On a tout à proximité. Trés bon séjour. Les personnes désireuses de découvrir Eindhoven, une seule adresse Hermanus Boexstraat.

Le lit, matelas inconfortable et pensez à un protège matelas pour éviter que les personnes soient surprises en changeant les draps.

We loved everything. Big enough for two people! Very clean and comfortable. It even had a veranda!

We didn’t like the stairs but to be fair we are not that fit😂

The unit itself is very nice and would be perfect for a couple. Unfortunately, there were several issues during my 11-day stay that significantly affected my experience.

First, locating the keys was not easy. After traveling for more than 12 hours, having to go on a "treasure hunt" to figure out how to access the property was not a great start. Fortunately, my daughter lives in Eindhoven and was able to help me figure it out. The app was also a major problem. I had downloaded it in advance because I wanted to be prepared, but I had no internet access immediately after arriving in the Netherlands, which made getting connected extremely difficult. Despite having prepared beforehand, it took several days before I was finally able to log in successfully. Unfortunately, the customer service assistance I received by email was not very accommodating or helpful. There were also several cleanliness and maintenance issues with the unit: The mattress was particularly concerning. It had a very dark apparent urine stain and an unpleasant odor. This was not acceptable. The drinking glasses had not been properly cleaned before our arrival. There were clumps of hair on the bathroom floor/by the sliding door. All of the batteries in the remote controls were dead. The balcony drains were blocked. When it rained, the balconies filled with water and essentially became bathtubs, creating a serious water issue. We were not informed in advance about the road construction outside the property. For the entire 11-day stay, there was significant construction noise beginning around 7:00 a.m. This was particularly difficult and would have been important information to know before booking. It is unfortunate because the apartment itself is very nice and has the potential to be a great place to stay. However, the combination of the cleanliness issues, maintenance problems, access/app difficulties, and prolonged construction noise made the overall experience much less enjoyable than it should have been. I hope the property management takes these issues seriously and addresses them so that future guests have a better experience
