Cute inside and out, clean, and very close to downtown.

On street leading to landfill, so it is very noisy starting in the early morning, thanks to all the trucks roaring down the road. Bathroom is oddly located; door must be closed or it swings into the bathroom; step over bathtub so it’s not the best for older people; loud fan always on with light. Bed mattress is very firm and bedroom floor is very creaky. Sofa is too shallow for a six-footer. Surprise mandatory $49 damage waiver fee (or $1000 damage deposit!!!) AFTER non-refundable reservation was complete was unacceptable and perhaps illegal. I requested free cancellation on the basis of the surprise additional charge or enormous deposit, but owner would not grant it.

Great location so cute; loved all the seating options especially the swings and the beautiful backyard

Enjoyed the property

Had to park on the street
