We loved our stay at JOY Hotel in Zhangjiajie. What made it so special was the manager’s exceptional hospitality and kindness. He helped us organise our sightseeing, drove us to the attractions and patiently waited while we explored. His help made everything so much easier and allowed us to enjoy our time fully. We felt truly welcome and cared for throughout our stay. Meeting someone so thoughtful was a highlight of our trip, and we are very grateful for everything he did for us. If we ever return to Zhangjiajie, we would absolutely stay here again. Thank you for making our visit so memorable! The dinners at the hotel were amazing too! We really enjoyed the food, and it was lovely to return to a delicious meal after a long day of sightseeing. Mikey and the chef went above and beyond anything we could have imagined. Mikey’s kindness and exceptional hospitality made us feel so welcome, and the chef prepared amazing dinners. They both made our stay truly special.

Nothing
