The cleanliness of the hotel and spacious room.
In booking.com map, the hotel is shown near the water body but actually it is in land locked, nearby water body is fishing harbour 500 m away. Which is actually not good sight. Secondly for dinner there is food arrangement nearby. Do zomato/swifgy
