We liked the remote location, very quiet with lots of birdsong and butterflies.
We found the socket in the garage to plug in our electric car. The garden was enclosed for the dog and the children.
The internet was not working during our stay and mobile phone signal was patchy. A good digital detox, but unexpected! The Aga made the kitchen hotter in the heat wave. We had some trouble finding out how to switch on the electric hot plates.
