The place was clean and tidy.
We couldn’t control the thermostat and so the house was super hot during the night

Two living areas. 5 bedrooms 3 baths. Laundry available. Manager did provide hand towels/washcloths after I asked for them.
HVAC was not working (affecting our rating). Property manager told us to lower the thermostat and open windows at night which we had already been doing. Several windows either had no screens or torn screens. After we left the property he got a technician out there and there actually was something wrong with me AC, it was not all in our heads. Six nights of difficult sleep.
Garbage cans (outside) were overflowing and not emptied.
General maintenance would make this an exceptional property.
