This is an incredible place to stay! Rooms: Extremely clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Breakfast: Absolutely loved the variety, the taste, and the service. Everything was just amazing. The room service was equally impressive—quick, efficient, and always on time. Pool: Lovely and beautifully maintained. Staff: Extremely warm, courteous, and helpful throughout our stay. Location: 10min walk to the Vagator beach and some great cafes nearby. Transport: The hotel recommended transport options were amazing. Divyesh and his provided cabs need special shoutout here. Overall, this hotel is the perfect definition of luxury and comfort. From the rooms to the food and service, everything was exceptional. We had a wonderful stay! A special shoutout to Sougata Banerjee from the housekeeping department for his timely service.

Minor issues like bathroom door being too hard to open or staff sometimes forgetting your order during breakfast and needed to be reminded again. These were very minor issues, nothing compared to the comfort and quality of the place.

Nothing and flawless

We got what we expected and more for the rate of the room per night. The staff was very accommodating and polite.

The quality of Iron was not up to par, and the size of the ironing table was small to do proper ironing of a pant or a jacket.

The stay was comfortable overall, with the room being clean, spacious, and well maintained. The housekeeping team did a great job, and the room provided a pleasant and relaxing experience.

However, the Food & Beverage experience fell well below expectations and could benefit from significant improvement. The breakfast buffet lacked both variety and flavor, with nearly the same selection being served every day. The menu, in general, was quite ordinary and did not offer any standout dishes or memorable dining experiences. Given that the hotel is in Goa, I was particularly disappointed that there were no authentic Goan delicacies available during my stay. Showcasing local cuisine would not only enrich the guest experience but also give visitors a true taste of the region.
