Great communication and a really warm welcome from the host. Directions were really clear and parking was easy. The property was immaculately clean and well laid out, with all the facilities we needed and more. Really characterful without being false and a great location for walking into town (even for the less enthusiastic walkers among us). Would love to go back and highly recommend.
Having to leave!

We enjoyed the character of the property and the location. It was very quiet and surrounded by lovely countryside. We also enjoyed the space inside and outside. The cottage was nice and cool on the hottest of days. A nice touch to find Welsh cakes!
It was almost impossible to turn on the shower! It would be good if this was fixed. We used the BBQ but it had worn through and we did not find BBQ tools. In spite of this, we had a good meal.

A beautiful cottage in a stunning location walkable to Hay. Comfortable beds. Great fires to keep us cosy. Delightful host who lives next door.
